GH Research publishes GH001 Phase 2b depression data in JAMA Psychiatry

GH Research PLC (GHRS) — GH Research announced that full results from its randomized, placebo-controlled Phase 2b trial of inhaled mebufotenin (GH001, a 5-MeO-DMT formulation) in treatment-resistant depression were published in JAMA Psychiatry.

The peer-reviewed data reinforced a rapid, large treatment effect one week after dosing, and the company highlighted a new finding that efficacy appeared independent of the number of prior antidepressant failures. The publication supports GH Research's push toward a global Phase 3 program in TRD.
