Numinus Wellness Inc. (NUMI) — Numinus Wellness provided a corporate update detailing its strategic transformation into two core segments — its clinical trial site network (Cedar Clinical Research) and its practitioner-training platform — after selling its U.S. wellness clinics and winding down non-operating subsidiaries.
