PharmAla signs MDMA supply-and-data deal with Nautilus Sanctuary for U.S. first-responder PTSD trial

PharmAla Biotech Holdings Inc. (MDMA) — PharmAla Biotech signed a supply-and-data agreement with Nautilus Sanctuary to provide LaNeo MDMA for an open-label Phase 2 U.S. trial of MDMA-assisted therapy in frontline healthcare workers and first responders with post-traumatic stress and adjustment disorder.

In exchange, PharmAla receives a perpetual, non-exclusive license to the trial data for regulatory and commercial use in any jurisdiction. The structure lets PharmAla accumulate clinical data assets while supplying drug product.
