Compass Pathways plc (CMPS): Compass prices $150 million public offering on the heels of Phase 3 data

Capitalizing on its positive Phase 3 readouts, Compass priced a public offering of 17.5 million American Depositary Shares at $8.00 each, plus pre-funded warrants, for expected gross proceeds of about $150 million (before a 30-day over-allotment option for up to ~2.8 million more ADSs).
