Compass Pathways (CMPS): Compass publishes Phase 2 results for COMP360 psilocybin in PTSD
Compass Pathways announced publication of an open-label Phase 2 study of a single 25 mg dose of its synthetic psilocybin candidate COMP360 in 22 patients with PTSD. The data showed COMP360 was well tolerated with rapid and durable symptom improvement out to 12 weeks after a single dose. The findings support a potential second indication beyond treatment-resistant depression, where Compass reported positive Phase 3 topline results earlier in 2025.

Mind Medicine (MindMed) (MNMD): JAMA publishes full Phase 2b results for MindMed's MM120 (LSD) in generalized anxiety disorder
The Journal of the American Medical Association published full results from MindMed's Phase 2b study of MM120 (lysergide D-tartrate) in 198 adults with moderate-to-severe generalized anxiety disorder. The trial tested single monotherapy doses of 25, 50, 100 and 200 micrograms without study-related psychotherapy and found dose-dependent anxiety reductions durable through week 12, with mostly mild-to-moderate dosing-day adverse events. The peer-reviewed publication validates the 100 microgram dose selected for MindMed's three ongoing Phase 3 trials and lends prominence to the Breakthrough Therapy-designated program.
