Reunion to present full RECONNECT Phase 2 data for luvesilocin in postpartum depression

Reunion Neuroscience — Reunion Neuroscience said it will present full data from its RECONNECT Phase 2 trial of luvesilocin (RE104) in moderate-to-severe postpartum depression at the ASCP and APA annual meetings.

The trial met its primary endpoint with a statistically significant MADRS reduction at Day 7, and the FDA granted the candidate Breakthrough Therapy designation in February 2026. Reunion said it expects a single successful Phase 3 trial could complete the data package to support registration in postpartum depression.
