Reunion's RE104 hits primary endpoint in Phase 2 RECONNECT postpartum-depression trial

Reunion Neuroscience — Reunion Neuroscience reported positive topline results from its Phase 2 RECONNECT trial of RE104 in postpartum depression, with a single 30 mg subcutaneous dose producing a 23.0-point MADRS reduction at Day 7 versus 17.2 points for the 1.5 mg active control (p=0.0094).

Response rate was 77.1% for the 30 mg arm versus 61.6% for control, with effects maintained through Day 28 across 84 patients at 38 US sites. The clean win in a fast-acting, shorter-duration psychedelic strengthens the private company's differentiated late-stage prospects.
