Incannex reports positive Phase 2 results for PSX-001 psilocybin therapy in generalized anxiety disorder

Incannex Healthcare (IXHL) — Incannex Healthcare reported positive Phase 2 data for PSX-001, a psilocybin-assisted psychotherapy for generalized anxiety disorder, in a 73-patient randomized, placebo-controlled trial using two 25 mg dosing sessions.

Roughly 44% of PSX-001 patients achieved at least a 50% reduction in anxiety scores and 27% reached remission, a remission rate more than five times that of placebo, with no serious adverse events and only one withdrawal. The clean efficacy and safety profile advances Incannex's psilocybin program toward late-stage development.
