Mind Medicine (MindMed) (MNMD) — The Journal of the American Medical Association published full results from MindMed's Phase 2b study of MM120 (lysergide D-tartrate) in 198 adults with moderate-to-severe generalized anxiety disorder.

The trial tested single monotherapy doses of 25, 50, 100 and 200 micrograms without study-related psychotherapy and found dose-dependent anxiety reductions durable through week 12, with mostly mild-to-moderate dosing-day adverse events. The peer-reviewed publication validates the 100 microgram dose selected for MindMed's three ongoing Phase 3 trials and lends prominence to the Breakthrough Therapy-designated program.
